As an important part of laser copying equipment, toner cartridges can directly affect copy quality, work efficiency, and copying costs. Therefore, you cannot ignore the knowledge of the maintenance and replacement of the toner cartridge.

    1. Turn off the copier power switch first, and unplug the copier from the power outlet.

    2. Then open the flip cover of the copier, carefully remove the photoconductor kit, wipe the surface with absorbent cotton, but do not use force to prevent the drum surface from being scratched.

    3. Next, wipe the surface of the drum with a special cleaning agent for the drum. When wiping, use a spiral circle method. Wipe the cleaner with absorbent cotton immediately after polishing.

    When the toner cartridge of the copier toner cartridge is used for a period of time, it will be polluted more or less. We find that the output text and image are blurred, the bottom ash is thickened, and the font shape is long. This requires cleaning the toner cartridge. Before cleaning, carefully remove the components of the drum, and then wipe off the dust particles on the surface of the drum with absorbent cotton or high-grade photographic lens paper, but be careful not to use too much force to prevent the surface from being scratched. Then use the degreased cotton or high-grade photographic lens paper, rub the surface of the drum with a special cleaning agent to wipe the surface. When wiping, wipe it gently in a spiral direction. After cleaning, use a degreased cotton to clean the surface. Wipe clean. Gently take a layer of talcum powder on the drum surface with gauze containing talcum powder, and then use it back. The entire cleaning process is completed.

    If the toner cartridge of the copier toner manufacturer comes from a cold place, move it to a warm place and leave it for an hour or more, since the image of the copier is dependent on the exposure of the photoconductor drum. When the toner cartridge encounters strong light, the inner and outer layers of the toner cartridge are turned on, so that the voltage at the place is different from the voltage at the exposed portion, and the exposed portion can attract the toner image during the fixing process. However, the time and number of exposures of the toner cartridge are limited, especially when the toner is exposed for a long time. Therefore, users should pay more attention to the maintenance of the toner cartridge when using it.
