    The first step is to remove the toner from the waste toner box and the toner cartridge, and then use a brush to gently remove the toner remaining on the edge of the toner cartridge. If it is not possible to brush, we can use the blown aircraft to clean up the residual toner. Here we have to pay special attention to the fact that when the blower blows the toner residue at the bottom of the toner cartridge, a large amount of toner dust will fly out to prevent other equipment from being contaminated, and the operation should be carried out outdoors. Of course, the toner around the toner cartridge should also be cleaned up, in order to achieve the cleaning effect.

    Unscrew the screws on the white plastic clips on both sides of the gray drum in the waste toner collection unit, pull out the white plastic clips, and remove the drum core. Then take out the discharge roller, screw off the two screws on the scraper to take out the scraper, clean all the waste toner, and then restore the scraper, discharge roller and photosensitive drum to the state before disassembly (note the drum core and The white plastic clips on both ends and the discharge roller cannot be reversed). Gently turn the drum core a few times and the drum surface should be clean. If there is residual powder on the drum surface, the scraper should be replaced in time.

    Completely saw the drum core non-drive shaft end, but do not saw it into the powder bin. After sawing, the drum core can be removed, the waste powder can be cleaned, and the new Dayuan drum core is needed. Regarding the toner cartridge chip of the copier toner cartridge manufacturer, it is estimated that everyone knows that the setting on the copier is also convenient. If you really want to change the chip, you need to completely open the original soldering place, remove the chip and then install the new chip.

    If your toner cartridge is the first time you have filled the original toner cartridge without the toner, you don't need to clean the powder bin and the magnetic roller. Otherwise, the toner on the powder bin and the magnetic roller must be cleaned. Remove the plastic cover from the powder bin, shake the 4V/4VC toner and slowly pour it into the powder bin. Cover the plastic cover and gently rotate the magnetic roller several times. The magnetic roller should absorb the toner evenly.
